Self-Acceptance, Beauty, and Making Space for Everyone

I have always struggled to understand why certain situations felt overwhelming, why my brain seemed to work differently to others, and why I felt out of sync with the world at times. In the past few years I’ve come to accept that Autism and ADHD may well be a part of my life, even though I’m not going for diagnosis the possibility has unlocked a new level of self compassion and understanding.

Instead of fighting against myself, I’ve been able to work with my brain, giving it the tools and time to fully embrace the things that make me unique! It’s not always easy, but it’s been transformative!

I want to create a space where everyone feels seen, supported and accepted whether neurodivergent or not. Beauty is a place of comfort, confidence and self expression

To anyone else on their own journey of self discovery: You are enough, exactly as you!
Celebrate the beauty in all of us

A-lot of beauty services can be uncomfortable as they involve a lot of physical touch and chatting as much as I love catching up with clients, I understand that people use this time for a bit of personal TLC so always open to making accommodations so please feel free to message ahead of time if you want a quiet appointment or anything else I can do to make you feel comfortable, I always want to make a welcoming space for everyone
