  • How do I secure my wedding date?

I will send over an email with a booking form attched fo you to fill in once completed and both parties are happy you can pay the £65 booking fee which secures your date.

The booking fee is non refunable and deducted from the final balance.

  • When is my final payment due?

The final payment is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding day.

  • Can I have a trial before paying a booking fee?

Due to high demand trials are only offered once your wedding date has been secured.

  • Do you travel to me on my wedding day?

Yes I can indeed! Lots of brides get ready at wedding venues where as some prefer to get ready at home so I can travel to where you need me.

I charge 45p a mile for the round trip, however I do have a home studio in Stroud to use which is free of charge.

  • Why do I need a trial?

Trials are so so important because they are an opportunity to get to know each other, make sure we are on the same page and be able to tailor your look to you so you look and feel your best! I will be able to ask questions about your bridal party so I know what hair and makeup you want for them. I can work out what you want for your wedding morning meaning I can go away and put together a bespoke time schedule for your morning allowing time for everything you need/want.

  • Where and when are trials held?

Trials are held during the week at my home studio in Stroud, Saturday trials can be arranged but at a £20 additional fee.

I can also hold trials in Brockworth at the Pamper Rooms and Bridal Prep Rooms this is also at a £20 additional fee.

I suggest to have your trial 2-3 months before your wedding date.

  • Can I bring anyone with me to my trial?

My studio isn’t a huge space. Guests are welcome but maxium of 2, Please let me know if you are bringing anyone with you.

  • Do my bridal party need a trial?

I only really suggest trials for your bridal party if they are nervous of having hair or makeup done, or really unsure of what they want, trials for bridal party are the same price as on the day prices.

  • I have a big bridal party, how many people can you style?

Depending on ceremony time and travel if required I can usually manage about 7 services, again depending on timings maybe more or less.

I can find an assistant for your wedding day if required.

  • Do you have a minium booking?

Yes for peak season (may-september) the minium booking is a bride plus 3 adults.

  • What is your Covid policy?

If your date has to be postponed because of Covid regulations I will move your booking over with the booking fee to your new date, however if I cannot do this I will do my best to help find someone who can, and will refund you the booking fee.

If you have postponed but the regulations say your wedding could go ahead, no refund will be offered if I cannot do your postponed date and I will follow my cancellation policy outlined in https://florencewearmua.com/terms-and-conditions/
